Abstract

We published the Safety Report on the sinking of the Fishing Vessel "Repunte", an event that left 3 fatalities, 7 missing and the total loss of the vessel. For the JST it is a very important milestone: it was the first marine investigation that our country initiated by an exclusively technical body, independent of the Justice and the administrative authority. Five years after the accident, we accompany the families of the victims and share the Safety Recommendations (RSO) issued: To the Argentine Naval Prefecture, to the National Meteorological System and to the Argentine Navy.
